Greener Learning Celebrates 10th Year Anniversary with a Showcase of Impactful Achievements

St. Catharines, ON – August 11, 2023 – Greener Learning (LGL) is thrilled to announce its upcoming 10th Year Anniversary celebration, taking place on Friday, August 18th, from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Buchanan Teaching Gardens, located at 360 Niagara Street, St. Catharines. This momentous event will highlight the remarkable accomplishments of LGL’s programs over the past decade, while also raising awareness about the organization’s ongoing efforts within the Niagara community.

The anniversary celebration promises an inspiring evening, featuring distinguished guests who have played pivotal roles in the success of Greener Learning’s initiatives. Joining us will be Jeff Burch, Member of Provincial Parliament (MPP) for Niagara Centre, and a representative for Jennie Stevens, MPP for St. Catharines. Additionally, an esteemed Ontario Trillium Foundation volunteer will be in attendance, marking the significance of the Foundation’s grant in propelling the organization’s impactful work.

The event will be graced by the presence of Councillor Bruce Willliamson (Mayor of St. Catharines representative), alongside LGL’s dedicated founder, Yaneth Londono. Together, these esteemed guests will commemorate Greener Learning’s decade-long journey of fostering environmental awareness and community growth.
